Jithinraj Edaklavan Koroth is currently pursuing his PhD at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, where he is a key contributor to the SEAMAC project, focusing on Plasma Electrolytic Polishing. Originating from Kerala, a southern state in India, Jithinraj completed his Bachelor’s degree from Kerala University and went on to earn his Master’s from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Palakkad. His professional journey includes experience as a Research Assistant at IIT Palakkad and as a Design and Development Engineer at Intech Additive Solutions, a leading OEM and service provider in metal additive manufacturing based in Bangalore, India. Jithinraj’s research is primarily centered on the surface enhancement and post-processing of additively manufactured metal components, where he is dedicated to advancing techniques that improve the quality and performance of these materials. Outside of his research, Jithinraj enjoys following football and watching movies in his free time.
