Hammad Ur Rehman is an accomplished researcher and educator specializing in materials science and industrial management. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Metallurgy in 2015 and went on to earn a master’s in industrial management in 2018.

With over five years of diverse experience in the manufacturing sector, Hammad has held various positions in the manufacturing and metal fabrication industries, gaining valuable expertise in production processes and operational management. In addition to his industry experience, Hammad has three years of lecturing experience at a prestigious university in Pakistan, where he has inspired and educated the next generation of engineers in materials science.

Currently, he is pursuing his PhD at the University of Ljubljana as part of the SEAMEC project, focusing on advanced research in directed energy deposition (DED) and functionally graded materials (FGMs).  His unique blend of practical experience and academic knowledge makes him an invaluable contributor to the SEAMEC initiative, where he strives to promote innovation and excellence in materials science and manufacturing technologies.
